What we're offering:
A full-time Premium Billing Specialist position in Oklahoma City. Salary range $21 - $23.50 per hour determined based on experience and internal salary equity. Candidates who complete Spanish certification will receive an increase in hourly pay. What you'll do:

•    Maintain and update premium billing records, investigate discrepancies, and take necessary action.
•    Manage phone inquiries from both internal and external customers.
•    Prepare, analyze, and process reports, payment plans, worksheets, statements, and other relevant documents.
•    Provide courteous assistance and respond to inquiries regarding billing transactions, discrepancies, or adjustments.
•    Initiate or process policy cancellations and reinstatements as needed.

Who we're looking for:
•    High School Diploma/GED with 2+ years business office or accounting experience 
•    Experience in the maintenance, analysis and reconciliation of insurance premium billing or underwriting of insurance experience is a plus!
•    Candidates skilled in data management, adaptability, customer focus, and teamwork
•    Bilingual in Spanish is preferred but not required
