AI and Digital Leader (Finance)



The AI and Digital Leader will spearhead the development and deployment of advanced digital solutions, including AI and autonomy, to enable transformation for large energy & industrial clients. This role will lead strategic initiatives from initial engagement through consultancy, fostering innovation, deep technical expertise, and alignment across Honeywell's sales, offerings, and execution teams.As the Director of Appl/Sys Sales Engineering, you will provide strategic guidance and direction for the sales engineering team, facilitate the sales process for complex application/system solutions, and drive revenue growth.YOU MUST HAVE
  • 15+ years experience in Enterprise consultancy, digital transformation, AI, autonomy, or relevant energy/industrial sectors.
  • Strong technical foundation in AI, autonomy, digital services, and cyber security.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement enterprise-level digital strategies.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and consultative skills and managed C- Level engagement

WE VALUE

  • Bachelor's / Master's degree in Engineering or a related technical field; advanced MBA degree preferred.
  • Experience in Core energy, utilities, or process industries.
  • Knowledge of digital portfolio and emerging technologies.
  • Ability to translate complex digital capabilities into measurable business outcomes.
  • Global market exposure and cross-cultural engagement skills
  • C Level engagement experience
  • Drive enterprise-level AI and autonomy strategy, integrating digital capabilities into customer transformation roadmaps across L1 to L4
  • Lead high-value engagement conversations, showcasing Honeywell's thought leadership and value-driven solutions.
  • Develop tailored digital and AI solutions aligned with client KPIs, fueling decarbonization, operational efficiency, and reliability.
  • Collaborate with internal SMEs to craft compelling technical scopes and integrated offerings.
  • Ensure seamless transition from initial customer engagement to delivery, maintaining ongoing value realization.
  • Influence internal alignment across Sales, Offerings, and Delivery teams to create repeatable value-driven frameworks.
  • Represent Honeywell in industry forums, thought leadership, and client executive discussions.
