Manufacturing Engineering Manager (Finance)

We seek an experienced Manufacturing Engineering Manager who thrives on solving complex problems and building impactful solutions. In this role, you will lead a team of Manufacturing Engineers, Engineering Technicians, and Documentation Specialists supporting Supply Chain Operations at the Rock Hill Manufacturing site. What We Are Looking For:

• Ability to collaborate effectively with Product Management, Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality, Suppliers, and Certification Agencies to execute projects
• Working knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma methodologies
• History of successfully leading complex projects to completion
• A change agent who can support innovation and promote positive change throughout the organization
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels of the business
• Ability to manage issue escalations up and down the organization in a controlled manner
• Select, develop, and evaluate team members to ensure that departmental and business objectives are met
• Effectively lead a team of Engineers, Technicians, and Documentation Specialists in the day-to-day support of Operations
• Drive positive change within the manufacturing location through the implementation of Lean/Six Sigma methodologies
• Ensure projects are appropriately staffed, prioritized, and driven to timely closure
• Monitor project risks and identify ways to prevent/mitigate risks through
• Establish, measure, monitor, and report on KPIs relating to team performance and success
• Review technical drawings, specifications, and instruction documents for completeness and accuracy to 3DS standards

What You Will Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering and 5-10 years of relevant work experience in a supply chain environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, Agile, and Salesforce.
• Knowledge of project management and stage gate methodologies.
• Working knowledge of DFMA and DFSS/Lean.
• Well-versed in various industrial design and optimization systems, tools, and procedures.
• Proficient with many applications used for database management and reporting.
• Effective in communication, problem solving, and applying experience to relevant situations.
• Able to work in large teams and contribute individually for quick execution of projects
• Handle working in a fast-paced environment with continued dedication to achieving desired results in a timely manner.
