What We Are Looking For:
Ability to collaborate effectively with Product Management, Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality, Suppliers, and Certification Agencies to execute projects
Working knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma methodologies
History of successfully leading complex projects to completion
A change agent who can support innovation and promote positive change throughout the organization
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels of the business
Ability to manage issue escalations up and down the organization in a controlled manner
Select, develop, and evaluate team members to ensure that departmental and business objectives are met
Effectively lead a team of Engineers, Technicians, and Documentation Specialists in the day-to-day support of Operations
Drive positive change within the manufacturing location through the implementation of Lean/Six Sigma methodologies
Ensure projects are appropriately staffed, prioritized, and driven to timely closure
Monitor project risks and identify ways to prevent/mitigate risks through
Establish, measure, monitor, and report on KPIs relating to team performance and success
Review technical drawings, specifications, and instruction documents for completeness and accuracy to 3DS standards
What You Will Bring:
Bachelor's degree in engineering and 5-10 years of relevant work experience in a supply chain environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, Agile, and Salesforce.
Knowledge of project management and stage gate methodologies.
Working knowledge of DFMA and DFSS/Lean.
Well-versed in various industrial design and optimization systems, tools, and procedures.
Proficient with many applications used for database management and reporting.
Effective in communication, problem solving, and applying experience to relevant situations.
Able to work in large teams and contribute individually for quick execution of projects
Handle working in a fast-paced environment with continued dedication to achieving desired results in a timely manner.
