Compact Equipment Sales Representative
Earning Potential: $75K & Up!

We're looking for a motivated Outside Sales Representative who thrives on building relationships, closing deals, and representing industry-leading equipment. What You'll Do:
Take charge of your territory with daily customer visits and proactive prospecting.
Develop and execute winning business strategies to exceed sales quotas through rentals and equipment sales.
Promote our full line of equipment, parts, and service solutions to maximize customer value.
Deliver hands-on product demonstrations and confidently showcase equipment benefits.
Handle the full sales cycle including contracts, orders, and documentation.
Track daily activity, set personal goals, and celebrate your success with a supportive team.
What We're Looking For:
Proven success in sales (3–5 years), preferably in equipment or a related industry.
Knowledge of construction equipment is a big plus!
A BA/BS degree in Marketing, Sales, Business—or strong experience in the field.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with the ability to connect at all levels.
A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, autonomous environment.
Willingness to travel within territory, including some overnight stays.
