Senior Associate - Client Services (Project Management)

Position Overview:

The Senior Client Service Associate will partner with the Client Service, Operations, Marketing, Sales and Distribution teams as a key internal liaison to provide the highest level of support and service for clients and consultants. This role will report to the Director of Client Service.

Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

  • Support Relationship Managers in all day-to-day client and consultant needs, coordinating with other departments as needed, to ensure a timely response and/ or follow through.

  • Manage and maintain all client distribution, including ad-hoc requests, client reporting, and client invoicing.

  • Coordinate the development of client and consultant presentation materials, ensuring accuracy of performance and client-related statistics.

  • Identify and escalate any sensitive client issues to the Director of Client Service and Relationship Managers and coordinate a timely response.

  • Coordinate with the Compliance team on client Audit, Schedule C, and Form 5500 requests.

  • Process client cash flow requests.

  • Complete of periodic Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQ) or Request for Information (RFI).

  • Stewardship of new business opportunities, compiling all required onboarding documentation and coordinating between the client, relationship managers, Investment, Operation, and Compliance teams.

Additional Duties:

  • Create and update contact information, reporting requirements, meeting notes, activities, and opportunities in the firm's Salesforce CRM system.

  • Work closely with other internal teams including central marketing and technology to constantly improve the use and efficiency of the CRM system.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent.

  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience at an asset management firm.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and excellent follow-through.

  • Self-starter with high initiative and comfort working in a fast-paced environment.

  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to partner effectively in a team and build trust and confidence of colleagues.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. 

  • Preferred knowledge of Salesforce and SS&C Advent Suite, specifically Advent Portfolio Exchange (APX).

Compensation:

The estimated salary range for this role is $59,000 - $77,000, along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus. Actual salaries may vary based on several factors, such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, and experience.
