Role Overview

As the (add position), you'll have a big mission. Your mission if you chose to accept it will be to generate leads, sell, and renew apartment leases in accordance with company and Fair Housing guidelines. Responsible for assuring the Company's standards are achieved and excellent customer service is delivered. You also understand the value of taking a moment to express gratitude to the village that helped to make it happen. As you can likely tell, 'how' things are done matters just as much as ‘what' was done here at BH!

Key Responsibilities

MARKETING STRATEGY + IMPLEMENTATION

  • Act as the primary marketing support resource for placement on rental marketplace advertising channels.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand property performance goals and continually develop/refine channel marketing strategies to support these goals.
  • Understand and document the value proposition and USPs for each channel. Collaborate and share throughout the internal organization.

MARKETING MEASUREMENT + VENDOR MANAGEMENT

  • Establish and monitor channel KPIs and performance goals at both the portfolio and segment levels.
  • Liaise with vendors as needed to assess channel performance to plan, plus provide ongoing feedback and recommendations to drive added velocity.
  • Routinely audit community content and merchandising to ensure a consistent and best-in-class presentation for BH communities across all channels.

STAKEHOLDER ALIGNMENT

  • Plan and communicate channel marketing strategies, budget considerations, and recommendations to appropriate internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with other marketing team members to support high-value merchandising strategies by channel.
  • Always foster positive working relationships between vendors and internal team members.

Minimum Qualifications/Skills

  • 3+ years of hands-on sales, sales support, and/or direct marketing support experience.
  • 2+ years in a role where aspects of project management were paramount. You know about task management, meeting deadlines, understanding dependencies, and organizing workflows. Bonus points if you've used tools like Asana, Monday, or Wrike.
  • A tactical understanding of marketing. You understand how a wide variety of marketing tasks are completed within their respective systems.
  • Familiarity with real estate and/or multifamily operations.
  • Well-equipped to manage marketing vendors. You know how to build productive relationships, how to deliver honest feedback, and when to shop.
  • Next level written and verbal communication.
  • You are happily autonomous with healthy communication skills. You are comfortable working independently and you keep everyone in your sphere informed of your progress.
  • Some experience working remotely on or with distributed teams.

You Have
