At Dublin Post Acute, in the heart of Dublin, Ohio, we're on the lookout for a full-time Wound Care Rockstar to bring their skills, smarts, and healing hands to our skilled nursing team.
🏥 What You'll Be Doing:
- Leading wound assessments, treatments, and follow-ups with compassion and precision.
- Collaborating with our amazing clinical team to create individualized care plans.
- Educating staff and residents on proper wound care and prevention.
- Participating in a shared on-call rotation (don't worry, we've got your back).
âś… What We're Looking For:
- Registered Nurse (RN) license preferred - but experienced LPNs with a wound care passion are encouraged to apply.
- Wound care certification (WCC, CWCN, etc.) or willingness to obtain—we'll support you!
- Strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and a team-focused mindset.
- A can-do attitude and a heart for helping others heal.
