KPP/ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE (Finance)



Manage the overall contract and relationship with existing clients and their consultants, TPA's. Owner of the renewal plan, development of long-term account strategy and lead in meeting client needs. Responsible for assisting the assigned accounts which include plan reviews, eligibility help, troubleshooting plan or member issues, report requests and monitoring trend. - 3+ years of experience in PBM spaces, account management and client services
- Plans and organizes well, sets a clear and simple course of action, stays focused on most important priorities, able to visualize and plan for the future, understands the industry and marketplace
- Able to work productively and proactively in a dynamic, fast paced environment while developing available data warehouses to extract meaningful metrics and activity for analysis
- Communicates clearly and directly, is approachable, relates well to others, engages people and helps them understand change, provides and seeks feedback, actively listens; excellent presentation and written communications skills
- Attention to detail while open to diverse ideas, works inclusively and collaboratively, holds self and others accountable, involves others to accomplish individual and team goals

Desired
- Bachelor's Degree business, healthcare or related discipline
- Master's Degree Business Administration
- Nationally Certified Pharmacy Technician- Assist in new plan implementations as well as perform own implementation for any incumbent TPA's; coordinate all interaction for plan updates and changes
- Provide day-to-day support to the account managers and account coordinators; assist in supervisory responsibilities, including input on hiring, training, development and input on performance evaluations
- Use knowledge and expertise to manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction levels are met while applying industry knowledge to ensure customers have the best products for their needs
- Coordinate and develop client-specific strategic plan and provide ongoing monitoring of plan with adjustments as necessary; foster relationships internally with senior director and other internal partners to meet client needs
- Build key relationships with consultants, HR advisors, brokers and TPA; serve as account strategist for assigned accounts internally and externally
- Use experience to develop and understanding of products, benefits and services to determine business solutions that meet client needs, expansions and maximize opportunities
- Oversee growth and retention, complex client renewals, targeting business with strategic plan that meets client needs
- Obtain and demonstrate subject matter expertise for targeted solution in order to drive expansions
- Remain accountable for activities of internal account management team and extended associates as related to client objectives and escalated service issues
- Keep up with current and possible future policies, practices, innovations, and trends in the organization with the competition and the marketplace
- Travel up to 25%
- Participate in variety of meetings and work groups to integrate activities, communicate issues, obtain approvals, resolve problems and maintain specified level of knowledge pertaining to new developments, requirements, and policies
