Quality Control Inspector - 2-2-3 Rotational Shift (Finance)

As a Quality Control Inspector here at Honeywell, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and safety of our products by conducting inspections and tests throughout the manufacturing process. Your expertise will help maintain the highest standards of quality and compliance, contributing to the overall success of our operations.

You will report directly to our Quality Control Supervisor, and you'll work out of our Chickasaw, AL location on an on-site, 2-2-3 Rotational work schedule. Shift hours are 7:00am - 7:00pm. In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our production processes, ensuring that all products meet the required specifications and standards, ultimately enhancing customer satisfaction and trust in our brand.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct inspections and tests on incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Document inspection results and maintain accurate records of quality control activities.
• Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues, implementing corrective actions as necessary.

• Experience in quality control or inspection within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies and standards.
• Experience with analytical instrumentation such as, ICP, AA, XRD, XRF, and Particle Sizers
• Proficiency in quality management systems and documentation practices.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards relevant to the manufacturing sector.
