Community Leadership Academy (PK–5) and Victory Preparatory Academy (6–12) are seeking compassionate and dedicated Special Education Teaching Assistants to join our high-performing teams. What You'll Do

  • Support students with individualized learning needs during lessons and activities
  • Work alongside the Learning Specialist and classroom teachers
  • Provide one-on-one and small group academic support
  • Help maintain a positive, safe classroom environment
  • Assist with behavior support plans and student progress tracking
  • Be part of daily school routines (arrival, dismissal, lunch, recess)

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree (required)
  • Experience working with children in a school setting is preferred
  • Special Education experience is a plus, but not required
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Willingness to work directly with the Learning Specialist and collaborate with a team of support staff
  • Willingness to receive CPI (Crisis Prevention Institute) training
