Oncology Cancer Services Nurse Practitioner (Project Management)
One of the leading medical groups in Central California is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to work with their Oncology team. The Nurse Practitioner will work in an outpatient clinic setting and be compensated with an area leading comp package, full benefits and annual CME support. The Oncology Nurse Practitioner will join over 1,000 healthcare providers that have trusted their career with this impressive medical group. Serving over 100,000 patients, this medical group works with area leading hospitals, outpatient surgery centers and outpatient imaging sites throughout Central California.
The Nurse Practitioner will work under the guidance of a Physician and will provide compassionate care to cancer patients. Familiarity with all stages of cancer treatment (oncology, chemotherapy, radiation oncology, infusion and imaging) will be beneficial to the NP to have a smooth transition into this new career. The Nurse Practitioner will work a flexible schedule dependent on patient and provider needs; however, most weeks will be a traditional Monday through Friday schedule.
