Receptionist (Administrative)
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner.Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system.Assist Spanish-speaking clients and visitors with inquiries and services.Manage and maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff.Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.Support other departments with various tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.Fluent in Spanish and English (both written and spoken).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.Professional appearance and demeanor.
