Job Summary:
The Cook is responsible for preparing food orders for customers and for cleaning and maintaining the back of house. The primary goals of the Cook are 1) prepare delicious, consistent, well-presented food plates that will delight customers; 2) minimize food waste; and 3) keep an immaculately clean kitchen. This is a full-time or part-time non-exempt position.
