We are seeking a reliable, organized, and service-driven Part-Time HR Local to support our skilled nursing facility in Porterville, CA. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about supporting both staff and leadership in a healthcare setting.

Position Overview:
The HR Local will assist with daily human resources functions, employee onboarding, compliance, and general administrative support. This part-time role plays a key part in ensuring smooth HR operations and a positive work environment for our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the recruitment and onboarding process, including background checks and new hire paperwork
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records
• Track licenses, certifications, and in-service trainings
• Assist with timekeeping, attendance, and employee inquiries
• Help facilitate employee engagement activities and events
• Ensure compliance with company policies and state/federal regulations
• Collaborate with the regional HR and payroll teams as needed

Qualifications:

• Prior HR or administrative experience preferred (healthcare experience a plus)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus but not required

Pay Rate:
Starting at $26/hour (Part-Time)
