Housekeeping Supervisor - The Diplomat Beach Resort, Curio Collection by Hilton (Finance)

The oceanside The Diplomat Beach Resort Hollywood, Curio Collection by Hilton is looking for their nextHousekeeper Supervisor to join and lead their Housekeeping team. Surrounded by 1,000 linear feet of alabaster beach, The Diplomat Beach Resort Hollywood, Curio Collection by Hilton helps you savor the stunning views, delicious dining options and endless sunshine in Hollywood, Florida.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of Housekeeping Supervisor, HotSOS, OnQ and Customer Service experience Ideal Candidate will be able to communicate in English and understand the language and be organized, adaptable, have strong communication skills and a genuine spirit to serve!

Pay Rate: $22 per hour

Shift Pattern: Candidate will work 9:00am - 5:30pm and 10:00am - 6:30pm rotating shifts throughout the week. Holidays and weekends are required.

What will I be doing?

• Lead, train and supervise Room Attendants and Housepersons on a floor or designated area to ensure all rooms and public areas meet established cleanliness and quality standards
• Assess inventory of, assign for cleaning and inspect rooms
• Verify and report status and/or discrepancies of rooms
• Monitor payroll reports, work schedules, lost and found program, stock rooms and carts and designated inventories
• Communicate and coordinate with Engineering/ Property Operations to ensure efficient maintenance and repair of items related to guest rooms and public areas
• Perform Room Attendant and/or Houseperson duties, as needed
• Assist in performance evaluations of Room Attendants and Housepersons, as needed
• Respond to special guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
