Communications Coordinator (Creative Design)

What You Will Do

This role will support transformation efforts at Clarios' key U.S. manufacturing facilities. Individuals will work directly with senior plant and corporate leaders to advance efforts to engage manufacturing employees, their families and the communities where we operate. In this role, you will also work cross-functionally on a compressed timeline (HR, Operations, Government Affairs, Marketing, Corporate Communications).  

How You Will Do It

• Supporting U.S./Canada plant activities, including anniversaries, family days, and customer events.
• Assisting HR with employee engagement and communications initiatives.
• Working with plant managers to enhance their communication efforts.
• Coordinating regular communications for employees at headquarters and plant locations.
• Drafting internal communications and press releases.
• Gaining visibility into corporate transformation efforts, including management and implementation.
• Organizing community events and activities.
• Assisting with town hall production.
• Supporting social media campaigns for U.S./Canada facilities.
• Contributing to government affairs and outreach efforts.

What We Look For

Required

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Based in Glendale, WI, with the ability to travel up to 50%.
• Commitment to working non-traditional hours when needed to align with our 24x7 production schedule.  
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliverables at the same time.  
• Good organization capabilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Solid PowerPoint experience and creative capabilities. 
• Must know how to operate a camera or video camera and edit video.

Preferred

• Experience working with leadership is preferred.  
• Professional work experience within Communications, Marketing, HR and/or Operations/Manufacturing strongly desired.
