Kellys Home Medical--Davenport, a division of CarePro Health Services, is seeking an experienced, reliable, and results-driven Branch Manager.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing leadership and coordination of clinical and non-clinical staff within the branch as well as for working with client accounts, assisting with intake processes, handling escalated inquiries and complaints, and providing coverage in other positions when necessary.
This position is scheduled 8:30 am to 5:00 pm Monday thru Friday. Our ideal candidate will be dependable and seeking long-term employment, possess strong organizational and administrative skills and be able to manage a team.

What Youll Do:
Direct and supervise the DME, respiratory therapy, and clerical support staff within the storeMeet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback to staffEncourage and develop professional growth opportunities for employeesManage the work of employees by assigning incomplete tasks, communicating job expectations, reviewing, and appraising performance Conduct evaluations of employees in order to identify areas of needed improvementAssist patients/customers in selecting equipment and supplies to meet their medical needs, and provide adjustments, training, and demonstrations on proper equipment use as neededStay up-to-date with new products and servicesOversee store administration and ensure adherence to policies and proceduresAct as the liaison with other CarePro locationsRepresent CarePro and Kellys within the community to enhance public relations, coordinate activities and promote health programsSupport other department managers within CarePro Home MedicalAddress escalated inquiries and complaints from customers and vendorsFill in for other roles as required
What Were Looking For:
Minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role and/or retail management experienceCollege degree preferred; or one (1) to three (3) years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experienceKnowledge of home medical equipment and respiratory services, Medicare rules and insurance reimbursementMicrosoft Office experience including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and internet skills requiredEffectively use interpersonal and communication skills with tact and diplomacy within all levels of the organization
