SCOPE OF ROLE
Reporting to the Manger, EHR Operations, the Specialist, EHR Support will be a key participant in the ongoing support of Signature Health's EHR system, EPIC. The Specialist, EHR Support will be successful in their role by providing direct support to end-users who submit service desk tickets or call the help line. The Specialist, EHR Support will triage service desk tickets and escalate them to the appropriate resource for follow up as needed.
