Import Analyst (Administrative)



The Import Analyst is responsible of daily entry filing and overseeing the coordination, execution, and supervision of U.S. Customs compliance operations. Also, providing assistance with inbound receiving and acting as a liaison between suppliers, terminals, ocean/inland carriers, and warehouses. Additionally, supporting container direct business by monitoring container statuses and handling billing in accordance with the incoterm.

Must have up to five (5) years of U.S. Customs entry processing and Customs Compliance experience.  A Bachelor's Degree in a business or related field at an accredited college, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job. Must have a U.S. Customs Broker License. Must be proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook), and Oracle.  Must be organized, deadline driven, detailed oriented, self motivated, ability to work independently, and possess excellent time management skills. Must have Duty drawback experience and excellent analytical skills.  Must be able to stand, sit, move, and use fingers for extended periods of time.  May require walking primarily on a level surface, reaching above shoulder heights and below the waist as well as lifting up to 25 pounds. The work environment is typical of an office environment where the air is controlled and kept at mild temperatures.
