As a Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Supervise and manage all functions involved in the production of products in a safe and economic fashion. Responsible for direct supervision, training, safety performance, product quality, cost control, employee communications, employee moral and productivity.
• Trains employees on all aspects of the manufacturing processes and operations. Provides employees with proper tools, equipment and information including any changes that may affect their work. Ensures a safe work environment by reviewing production standards, OSHA requirements, and recognizing and resolving safety-related problems.
• Organizes and implements cost reduction programs to ensure efficient utilization of labor, materials, and equipment. Reviews operating costs, determines production waste, and recommends cost saving strategies and implements cost reduction programs.
• Reviews product quality of functional and physical specifications to meet customer requirements. Utilizes available resources to resolve process, maintenance, equipment and/or related technical problems. Oversees changeovers to achieve maximum efficiency. Analyzes and interprets statistical data and charts to identify trends and determine improvement plans. Communicate and follow-up on quality concerns and process/operational changes with appropriate staff.

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor degree with four or more years manufacturing experience.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Supervisory experience
• Continuous Improvement experience
• Knowledge of safety/ OSHA requirements

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $106,331 - $129,960, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
