JOB TITLE: Recruiter 

WHAT WE DO?

Our power sweeping solutions include sweeping parking lots, streets, and highways as well as construction, industrial, and special event sites. Our fleet uses the latest mechanical broom sweepers and regenerative air vacuum trucks. In addition to being the leader in professional power sweeping, SCA also provides state-of-the-art jet-vac services where we can perform collection, system preventive maintenance cleaning, and identify infrastructure issues before they occur.

 JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES  

  • A successful recruiter will collaborate with location managers on a regular basis and proactively identify current and future hiring needs. Combined with work experience in screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates. 
  • Act as a point of contact for field locations and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.  
  • Review candidates resumes and job applications.  
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates.  
  • Work with our HR team and location leadership to onboard new employees  
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong decision-making skills 

JOB REQUIREMENTS  

  • Proven work experience as a high-volume recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)  
  • Full-Cycle Recruiting  
  • Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress etc.)  
  • Hands on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check etc.)  
  • Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)  

Preferred

  • 1-3 years' experience 
  • Hands-on experience with recruiting software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) or Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS)   
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills  
  • Strong decision-making skills
