The Software Support Engineer is a unique support opportunity that embeds a highly skilled technical support analyst with the development team. This position will work closely with members of the software development team to analyze and assist customers with critical escalations, using the opportunity to master the underlying technology and common vectors to accelerate solutions. As part of this role, the Support Engineer will be exposed to software development methodologies, tools, and languages, eventually gaining the expertise to leverage these tools and practices to improve the efficiency of escalation problem solving as well as elevation of their own skills and capabilities. This position also acts as a liaison between CBORD and Horizon Support, Development and the customer.
