General Manager (Building Automation) (Finance)
The role will report into the General Manager for Honeywell Multisite and would be based out of either of the 3 locations - Atlanta GA, Cleveland OH, Bentonville AR, and work on a hybrid schedule per Honeywell policy.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Set and execute business strategy with strong focus on growth and new customer acquisition
o Collaborate in building annual operating plan.
o Identify and execute ways to capture new customers across Grocery, and other retail segments
o Set strategy aligned with business objectives.
o Lead deployment of strategic objectives.
o Develop and own Product and technology roadmap
o Collaborate with Operations and Service team for seamless customer experience
• Achieve annual targets for orders, revenue, margins and cash flow.
o Provide accurate forecasts built on sales pipeline.
o Drive strong commercial operating system within/across team.
o Develop strong, collaborative working relationships with internal and external stakeholders across the organization
o Provide updates and present proposals to executive leadership.
• Engage with customers.
o Develop excellent relationship with customers across different functions, hierarchy.
o Conduct strategic business discussions and negotiate strategic deals at with customer ownership/executive level.
o Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base
• Lead and develop a high-performing team.
o Develop and mentor new and existing team members of varying levels of experience, providing actionable coaching to enable growth.
o Develop leaders to effectively lead and manage their respective teams.
o Determine and communicate clear career path for those on their team by prioritizing active succession planning at all levels.
o Foster a growth mindset within team.

YOU MUST HAVE
• Bachelors degree
• 8+ years of operations, business management, sales, commercial or project management experience
• 5+ years of direct team leadership experience
• Financial proficiency at the P&L level
• Proven ability to deliver strong results / achieve performance targets
• Ability to travel up to 60% domestically and internationally (as necessary)
• Experience in standard productivity software suites (e.g. Microsoft Office)
