Tech Support Professional (Finance)



As a Tech Support Professional here at Honeywell, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional technical support for our Building Automation systems, specializing in HVAC, refrigeration, and lighting. You will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring their systems operate efficiently and effectively while resolving any technical issues they may encounter.

You will report directly to our Technical Support Manager and you'll work out of our Bentonville, Arkansas location on a Hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the customer experience by ensuring timely resolution of technical issues, contributing to the overall satisfaction and success of our Building Automation solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Building Automation systems, including HVAC, refrigeration, and lighting.
  • Complete regular maintenance of servers and optimization of downstream devices related to BMS Niagara products.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to customers and internal teams.
  • Work with cross functional teams to resolve escalated service requests including external stakeholders.
  • Document and track issues according to SLA requirements in the support ticketing system, ensuring expected, timely follow-up and resolution.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical support or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of Building Automation systems, particularly HVAC, refrigeration, and lighting technologies.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Experience with support ticketing systems and documentation practices.
  • Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols relevant to Building Automation.
