Customer Loyalty Manager (Administrative)



 POSITION DESCRIPTION

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Inside Account Manager to join our team. The Inside Account Manager will play a crucial role in maintaining and expanding our client base by building strong relationships and providing exceptional service to our existing customers. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic and growth-oriented industry.

 

Essential Functions:

Account Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and requests.
  • Understand the unique needs of each client and provide tailored solutions.
  • Makes informed decisions to evaluate and execute sales and credit adjustments to align with both the customer and company's needs in an effort to retain business

Customer Support:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by addressing concerns and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with field teams to coordinate service schedules and meet customer expectations.

 

 

Sales and Upselling:

  • Identify opportunities for upselling additional services to existing clients.
  • Provide clients with information about our range of services and benefits.
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our CRM system.
  • Prepare reports on account activity, sales, and customer feedback.

Market Knowledge:

  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and competition.
  • Use market knowledge to provide valuable insights and solutions to clients.

Knowledge and Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills.

Education and Experience  

  • Proven experience in account management or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Knowledge of the grease trap cleaning and wastewater industry is a plus but not required

Working Environment:

  • There are no special physical requirements for this position.
  • General office conditions
  • Some light lifting and bending
  • Periods of sitting
  • Must be able to work a Hybrid schedule
  • Must be able to perform job with or without reasonable accommodations
