The Philadelphia Housing Development Corporation (PHDC), a non-profit organization funded primarily by the City of Philadelphia and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, is looking for a Program Manager to join its Strategic Initiatives department. Under general supervision, the Program Manager will manage the design, implementation, and evaluation of PHDC housing programs by defining the program scope, procedures, database design, intake, and program evaluation to measure impact and iterate on the program implementation. Specifically, they will manage the daily operations and strategic expansion of the Rental Improvement Fund, a forgivable loan program for small rental properties. This position begins at the stated starting salary. The salary increasesyearlyto the top of the pay range based on satisfactory performance.
