Strategic Sourcing Specialist II (Finance)



As a Strategic Sourcing Specialist II here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in developing and executing sourcing strategies to drive cost savings, improve supplier performance, and ensure supply chain continuity.

You will report directly to our Director of Strategic Sourcing, and you'll work out of the Aguadilla location on a hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will be part of the OPEX team for our organization, driving multiple strategies to support over $700M of Revenue Growth along with 1,200 Multi Sourcing Strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Auditing the completion of Transition Part Project
  • Analyze data and generate reports to track key performance indicators and identify areas for improvement in OPEX Process
  • Provide guidance to a team including buyers, purchasing agents, and coordinators, ensuring the successful execution of procurement projects
  • Administers purchase orders (Compass & Tooling POS at SAP)
  • Purchase order placement
  • Other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by management
  • Perform Make to Order (MTO) assessment.

Travel, up to 10%, can be expected.

U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS

Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or have asylum or refugee status in the U.S.As a Strategic Sourcing Specialist II here at Honeywell, you will drive procurement strategies, manage supplier performance, and ensure supply continuity. Your role includes identifying cost-saving opportunities and implementing value engineering initiatives. You will report directly to our Director of Strategic Sourcing, and you'll work out of our Aguadilla, Puerto Rico location on a hybrid work schedule.You Must Have:

  • 1+ years of export compliance experience
  • 2+ years of experience in Integrated Supply Chain and Program/Project Management
  • Ability to speak, read and write English
