Drafting Engineer Technician (Finance)

Description

Qualis LLC is seeking a full-time entr-level Scientist and Engineer to perform Engineering Drafting, and Assistance Support functions for the Holloman High Speed Test Track (HHSTT).

Essential Duties:

• Use NX Software, provide 3D modeling, drafting and production and review of drawing packages, assembly drawings and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T) standards.

• Utilize plotters and scanners to release drawing packages as well as enter into a digital database.

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Applied expertise in Siemens NX Software

• Proficiency with Siemens NX drafting as it applies to fabrication and assembly

• Advanced knowledge of the software that allows NX to communicate with CNC machines, 3D printers, and water jet cutters.

• Must have ability to work within specific procedures and processes of the Air Force Test Center and DoD regulations and guidelines.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with customer interaction and presentation capabilities required.

• Exemplify a dedication to achieving the mission of the 846 TS as well as high standards of quality and excellence in performing the duties.

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment while being able to prioritize work to balance multiple projects and deadlines.

• Must have an active Department of Defense Secret Security Clearance
