Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and disposition hardware designated as non-conforming
  • Manage scrap to support AOP targets.
  • Re-grade hardware for use in the aftermarket
  • Track savings/scrap metrics
  • Identify and execute savings projects based on scrap data
  • Team coordination
  • Coordinate resolution
  • Process definition
  • Cost improvement analysis
  • Drive technical solutions

U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS

Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.As a Lead Manufacturing Engineer Technician here at Honeywell, you will lead a team, ensure smooth engineering operations, drive innovation, and mentor talent to achieve project goals and industry standards. You will report directly to our Advanced Manufacturing Engineering Manager, and you'll work out of our Tempe, AZ location on an On-site work schedule.YOU MUST HAVE

  • 2-3 years of inspection or analytical experience, including PRB training.
  • 2-4 years of aerospace quality experience

WE VALUE
  • Minimum High school diploma
  • Mechanical/Industrial/Aerospace experience
  • Good knowledge of mechanical industry
  • Mid-level computer skills
  • Working knowledge of SAP/HOS
