Business Intelligence Developer (Finance)

You'll collaborate with teams across the company to turn complex data into clear, actionable intelligence. From configuring Oracle Cloud reporting environments to ensuring data integrity and secure report delivery, your work drives smarter decisions. “What You'll Do”

  • Design, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards using Oracle Cloud reporting tools such as Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) and BI Publisher (BIP).
  • Will occasionally need to troubleshoot and support some Tableau reports.
  • Write SQL and PL/SQL against backend Fusion tables from ERP, EPM and SCM modules. Combine Fusion data with other data sources.
  • Create complex data models, data visualizations, and ad-hoc queries to meet business reporting needs.
  • Ensure reports are optimized for performance, accuracy, and usability.
  • Analyze medium-large sets of data within Oracle Cloud applications to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
  • Translate complex data findings into clear, concise reports and presentations for stakeholders.
  • Work with business units to understand their reporting requirements and provide solutions that meet their needs.
  • Configure and manage Oracle Cloud reporting environments, ensuring data integrity and security.
  • Perform regular audits and validations of reports to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
  • Manage report scheduling, distribution, a access controls to ensure timely and secure delivery of information.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation for all reports, including technical specifications, data sources, and user guides.
  • Ensure compliance with data governance policies and regulatory requirements in all reporting activities.

“Must Haves”

  • 5-10 years of experience
  • Experience building and supporting Oracle Fusion Reports
  • Must have: OTBI, BICC, BIP, SQL, PL/SQL. Good understanding of back-end data model / ERD of tables in the EPM, SCM and ERP modules and how to connect those tables and leverage the data for combining with other data sources besides Fusion.
  • Backend knowledge of Oracle Fusion architecture as it pertains to reporting
