The Opportunity: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to lead the day to day development of innovative features across our ecosystem. You will be instrumental in defining the product vision, strategy and roadmap for a new generation of experiences, alongside a dynamic and innovative team dedicated to creating intelligent, personalized, and seamless user journeys. Responsibilities:
- Day to day product management of the team to implement product vision, strategy, and roadmap for product within Yahoo
- Contribute market research, competitive analysis, and user research to identify unmet needs and opportunities for AI integration
- Translate complex user needs and business requirements into user stories and product specifications
- Work closely with engineering, design, and AI research teams throughout the product development lifecycle, from concept to launch and iteration
- Prioritize features and initiatives based on business impact, technical feasibility, and user value
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of AI-powered features and drive continuous improvement
- Communicate product updates, progress and challenges effectively to stakeholders across the organization
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of product management experience, with a strong track record of launching successful consumer-facing products
- Demonstrated experience working on consumer products or related web technologies
- Understanding of and familiarity with generative ai products and their practical consumer applications
- Proven ability to define product strategy, roadmaps and detailed product specifications
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and highly collaborative environment
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- Habitual use of GenAI tools as a work partner
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with product marketing and go to market practices
- Experience working specifically with generative AI technologies (e.g., large language models, image generation)
- Experience with A/B testing and data-driven product optimization
- Master's degree or MBA

The compensation for this position ranges from $120,750.00 - $251,250.00/yr and will vary depending on factors such as your location, skills and experience.The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary annual bonus or commissions.
