Supervisor, IT Service Management (ITSM) | Pay Range: $109,500.00 -$142,250.00
Join Our Team as Supervisor, IT Service Management!
We're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented leader to join our team as the Supervisor of IT Service Management (ITSM). In this role, you'll lead a team responsible for core ITSM functions — including Change Management, Incident & Problem Management, IT Asset Management, Baseline Configuration, and Operating System (OS) Security Patching. These capabilities are essential to maintaining the reliability, availability, and security of SPP's systems and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
As Supervisor, you will oversee day-to-day ITSM operations, ensure best practices are followed, and support the team in delivering high-quality, consistent processes. You'll play a key role in driving continuous improvement, coordinating with internal teams, and contributing to SPP's security posture. This position interacts across multiple departments and plays a leadership role in audit and regulatory activities related to IT controls and NERC CIP compliance.
This role is ideal for a leader who thrives on building strong teams, driving accountability, and strengthening organizational processes. You'll have the opportunity to shape how SPP manages critical IT services, coach and mentor staff, and be a key contributor to enterprise-wide initiatives. This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Position Type, Location and Hours :
This is a full-time, onsite hybrid position based in Little Rock, Arkansas. The standard workweek is Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with extended hours may be required. Job requires managing staff working rotating shift schedules with long hours.
