Ship/Rec Specialist - Level 2 (M-F 8:30 AM-5:00 PM) (Finance)
In this role, you will impact the overall efficiency of our supply chain by ensuring timely and accurate processing of shipments, which is essential for meeting customer demands and maintaining operational excellence.
You will report directly to our Shipping and Receiving Manager and you'll work out of our Torrance, CA location with an On-site work schedule.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing lists.
- Prepare and package outgoing shipments, ensuring compliance with shipping regulations and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory and shipments in the inventory management system.

PAY EQUITY
The annual base salary range for this position is $38,200 ($18.36/Hr.) Min. to $ 57,400 ($27.59/Hr.) Max. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. - At least two (2) years of experience in shipping and receiving within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of shipping and receiving processes, including inventory management and logistics.
- Proficiency in using inventory management systems and software.
- Experience with shipping documentation and compliance regulations.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in Integrated Supply Chain operations.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with safety standards and practices in shipping and receiving.
