Ship/Rec Specialist - Level 2 (M-F 8:30 AM-5:00 PM) (Finance)



In this role, you will impact the overall efficiency of our supply chain by ensuring timely and accurate processing of shipments, which is essential for meeting customer demands and maintaining operational excellence.

You will report directly to our Shipping and Receiving Manager and you'll work out of our Torrance, CA location with an On-site work schedule.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing lists.
  • Prepare and package outgoing shipments, ensuring compliance with shipping regulations and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory and shipments in the inventory management system.

PAY EQUITY

The annual base salary range for this position is $38,200 ($18.36/Hr.) Min. to $ 57,400 ($27.59/Hr.) Max. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

  • At least two (2) years of experience in shipping and receiving within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of shipping and receiving processes, including inventory management and logistics.
  • Proficiency in using inventory management systems and software.
  • Experience with shipping documentation and compliance regulations.

  • Experience in Integrated Supply Chain operations.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Maintain inventory accuracy by conducting regular cycle counts and reconciling discrepancies
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to resolve any shipping or receiving issues
  • Utilize warehouse management systems to track and monitor inventory levels
  • Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
