Rental Fleet Coordinator (Project Management)



The Rental Fleet Coordinator reports to the Rental Division President. General Responsibilities include attention to detail regarding warranties, damage reports, trackers.
Job Duties:
· Ensure ALL Rent Pro Rental guidelines are followed
· Handle phone calls from employees to gather information regarding rental contracts
· Audit all rental check-in and check-out inspections and photos companywide to ensure company policy is being adhered to
· Coordinate with the shop to ensure timely and proper repairs of damaged or warrantied equipment to ensure equipment is serviced and ready to rent in an allowable period.
· Supervise warranty coverage for rental fleet
· Ensure all rentals have active and adequate insurance coverage
· Ensure all rental units are actively using JDLink
Job Requirements

· High school diploma or equivalent required.
· 2-4 years of relevant and progressive office experience, preferably in an industrial environment.
· Strong time management and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
· Must possess strong customer service skills.
· Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
· Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
· Ability to accurately file documents.
· Intermediate computer skills in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet.
