Senior Manager Account Management (Influencer Marketing and Paid Social) (Project Management)



We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager who excels in leadership, problem-solving, and client engagement to lead the Influencer and Paid Social Account Management team. Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead and Mentor Account Management Team: Spearhead the guidance and development of a team of Account Managers responsible for the strategic oversight of influencer and paid social campaigns, as well as client communication. Foster continuous learning and skill development, nurturing both industry expertise and soft skills essential for career growth. 20%
  • Problem-Solving and Innovative Thinking: Drive creative problem-solving initiatives and assist in overcoming obstacles, offering fresh perspectives and potential solutions to challenges as they arise. 10%
  • Client Engagement and Support: Attend client calls and presentations to deliver expert leadership coverage and unwavering support to the Account Management team. Facilitate conflict resolution with clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring the maintenance of strong relationships. 10%
  • Key Account Ownership: Assume ownership of key client accounts when required, ensuring their success and satisfaction. 10%
  • Process Enhancement and Cross-Functional Support: Supervise the development and maintenance of client playbooks, process mapping, and collaborative projects that bolster cross-functional teamwork and elevate campaign effectiveness. 10%
  • Data-Driven Insights: Analyze campaign results meticulously, delivering actionable insights, recommendations, and suggestions for improvements to enhance performance. 10%
  • Collaborative Leadership: Collaborate closely with Team Leads to cultivate a harmonious working environment that fosters campaign success and enhances team efficiency. 10%
  • Industry Expertise: Stay at the forefront of digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices. Continuously update your knowledge base to remain ahead in the ever-evolving digital landscape. 10%
  • Thought Leadership: Share your industry insights and thought leadership with both clients and internal teams, offering strategic guidance on emerging opportunities and innovative strategies. 10%
  • Bachelor's Degree or a combination of experience and education will be considered.
  • 4-5 years client facing, agency experience
  • 2-years relevant experience in influencer and social advertising (Required)
  • 1+ years leadership and people management.
  • Excellent communications skills, including the ability to produce exceptional work (written, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.) independently and efficiently
  • Ability to excel in a highly dynamic, fast-paced environment that requires a fast learner and flexible thinker
  • Detail-oriented and diligent work ethic with excellent organizational, project/time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge in the digital space to be able to translate campaign and reporting information to clients
  • Understanding of influencer marketing and/or paid media platforms and media/creative workflow
  • Deep understanding of major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube)
  • Excellent presentation skills for meetings of varying scales
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and pursue business growth opportunities.
Salary:$90,000 - $98,000

The ultimate compensation offered for the position will depend upon several factors such as skill level, cost of living, experience, and responsibilities.
