In this role, you will impact the overall production process, ensuring that products are manufactured according to quality standards and delivered on time to meet customer demands.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers
• Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed to meet production goals
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Train and develop production team members
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize production efficiency
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs
