How will you make an impact?-

The Program Manager will lead strategic initiatives and customer programs by providing full accountability for budgets, schedules, and performance. This role requires managing multi-functional teams and enhancing customer relationships to ensure the successful delivery of enterprise-level projects. The Program Manager will also be responsible for managing new product launches (NPI) within the manufacturing environment for technology-related products.

What will you do? -  

  • Lead program execution from requirements gathering to customer acceptance.

  • Manage customer NPI launches technology-related products within manufacturing.

  • Build and guide cross-functional project teams to meet defined goals and KPIs.

  • Manage project scope, timeline, cost, and quality.

  • Serve as the main interface with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

  • Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.

  • Track and report on project performance and corrective actions when needed.

  • Drive continuous improvement, process optimization, and customer satisfaction.

  • Provide clear and effective communication to stakeholders and leadership

How will you get here? – 

Education:  

  • Bachelor's degree required

Experience:  

  •  Minimum 8 years work-related experience required in project management or related discipline

  • Proficiency in use of personal computers, Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and e-mail skills required

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:  

  • Willingness to learn Jabil operating policies and procedures required

  • Ability to learn and display expert knowledge of Jabil's culture and guiding principles

  • Ability to manage cross-site and cross-functional teams

  • Strong customer focus and problem-solving ability

  • Ability to be adept at navigating the diversified landscape with respect to country cultures, company divisions and internal hierarchies

  • Strong leadership and communication skills

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

  • Ability to collaboratively work with employees in all Jabil facilities and job roles to achieve the desired results

Preferred Qualifications:   

  • 10+ years' experience in Project Management

  • PMP certification is preferred

  • Experience managing NPI in a manufacturing environment is a strong plus

  • Manufacturing work environment experience is a plus

 

$98,100.00 - 137,400.00 - 176,600.00 USD Annual Base Salary Range

Target bonus: 15%
