What we have to offer you
As the Administrator in Training, you will:
… complete 3 months of training by working with one of our Executive Director Preceptors. The Administrator in Training (AIT) is a paid training position that meets the requirements for an Administrator in Training program.
What you'll do here:
We'd love to talk if:
You have (1) A license as a registered nurse from the Department of State or (2) An associate's degree or 60 credit hours from an accredited college or university or (3) A license as a licensed practical nurse from the Department of State and 1 year of work experience in a related field or (4) A license as a nursing home administrator from the Department of State.
You meet your state's minimum qualifications to be eligible to sit for state certification, where applicable
You meet your state's minimum qualifications to be eligible to sit for state certification, where applicable
You have exceptional problem solving and time management skills
You can work a full shift, come to work on time and work up to the 10 daily hours allowed in the AIT program as needed
You have the ability to work according to the necessary schedule to meet job requirements with or without reasonable accommodation. This is an essential function of this position
You care about serving seniors
You have strong relationship building skills
Bonus points if:
Salary Range: $60000 - $65000 , Based on experience.
