Account Manager II - Refrigerants ~ Remote (Finance)



As an Account Manager II here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's success. Your expertise in managing accounts and building strong relationships will enable you to effectively meet customer needs and exceed their expectations. By identifying new business opportunities and delivering tailored solutions, you will contribute to revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and the overall success of the company. You will report directly to our Principal Account Manager and you'll work remotely. The ideal candidate will be in the Eastern or Central time zone.

Your ability to build strong relationships with customers, identify new business opportunities, and deliver tailored solutions will enhance customer satisfaction, strengthen the company's market position, and drive long-term business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute account management strategies to drive sales growth and achieve targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, serving as the primary point of contact
  • Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with customers to deliver value added solutions
  • Conduct regular business reviews with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement
  • Lead business development and lead generation activities to drive OEM business growth across key market verticals
  • Work closely with Offering Managers to support commercial growth strategy and drive new product launches
  • Scope out and participate in trade shows, events and seminars to build relationships with key value chain partners and OEMs in the HVAC and data center verticals.
  • Facilitate technical trainings, seminars and workshops with key customers
  • Monitor market trends and competitive activity across key growth verticals
  • Travel up to 60%

The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Connecticut, and Hawaii is $75,000 - $95,000. For Washington and most major metropolitan areas in New York & California, the annual base salary range is $70,000 - $90,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

This role is incentive plan eligible.

  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in account management or sales, with a proven track record of managing key accounts and driving revenue growth
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities

WE VALUE

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience with HVAC and/or refrigerants
