Federal Work-Study| Enrollment Management (Finance)
Duties:
• Greet visitors or callers and handle their inquiries
• Clerical duties (data entry, filing, word processing, copying, mail distribution).
• Promotes events, resources, and other relevant information.
• Assists with preparing presentations and reports.
• Assists with Enrollment Management events.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilites:
• Good customer service, communication skills, and telephone etiquette.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to multitask and interact professionally with students, faculty, and staff.
• General knowledge of the UHD campus and student services.
• Reliable, punctual, and available to work flexible shifts (morning, night, and weekends).
Qualifications:
• Must be a current UHD student
• Must be available to work 19.5 hours a week
• Must be in good academic and disciplinary standing with the university
• Must be able to work on Fridays
