Job Description
Primary Function of Position:
The Senior Manager of Compliance Training and Instructional Design reports to the Enterprise Global Learning and Development team. This position leads the design, development and maintenance of enterprise essential training for leaders and employees, including corporate compliance training. Corporate compliance training is a shared service dedicated to ensuring all employees-across functions and geographies-are trained, current, and aligned on important compliance and regulatory expectations as a global, medical device manufacturer.
As a Senior Manager of Compliance Training and Instructional Design, you will lead a shared team of instructional design and learning professionals who work closely with cross-functional departments to design, develop and maintain training that align with Intuitive's business priorities and regulatory expectations. Your leadership will be instrumental in helping to foster a culture of compliance and learning excellence within the organization.
You will be responsible for the design, development, implementation, and management of comprehensive compliance training programs aimed at enhancing the skills, knowledge, and competency of our employees. You will work cross-functionally with Compliance, Regulatory Affairs, HR, and business unit leaders to identify training needs, establish instructional design standards, and deliver engaging, effective learning experiences. This role will also partner with functional learning teams and centralized Learning Management System administers for coordination, deployment and administration of required trainings. The role will be located in our Sunnyvale office with a set schedule of three days per week in the office.

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, benefits, and equity. It would not be typical for someone to be hired at the top end of range for the role, as actual pay will be determined based on several factors, including experience, skills, and qualifications. The target salary ranges are listed.
Base Salary Range Region 1: $181,600 USD - $272,400 USD
Base Salary Range Region 2: $154,400 USD - $231,600 USD
