Position Details:

• Schedule: Weekends (Saturday & Sunday), AM Shift
• Pay: Starting from $38-$52/hr
• Location: Conveniently located in Sacramento, CA

What You'll Do:

• Supervise and support nursing staff during weekend shifts
• Ensure high-quality patient care and regulatory compliance
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote patient well-being
• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the nursing team
• Respond to and resolve any patient or staff concerns

Qualifications:

• Current LVN license in California
• Previous supervisory experience preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Passion for patient care and team building
