Sales Operations Senior Analyst (Finance)



TheSales Operations Senior Analystplays a critical role in supporting operational functions across the Commercial Division to drive strategic initiatives and achieve divisional goals. This individual serves as a key liaison between cross-functional teams, ensuring data integrity, operational efficiency, and successful execution of annual benefit fair strategies.
  • In addition to core responsibilities, this role contributes to departmental projects, process optimization efforts, and strategic planning activities.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  • Deliver timely, accurate routine and ad hoc reports to support business decisions
  • Fulfill standard day-to-day operational tasks with precision and consistency
  • Proactively identify and implement improvements to integrate processes and streamline workflows
  • Understand and communicate technical functions of various systems to internal stakeholders
  • Establish and maintain strong rapport with internal and external customers
  • Support departmental projects and continuous improvement initiatives as requested
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operational activities with strategic goals
  • Monitor and maintain data integrity across systems and platforms
  • Analyze performance metrics and provide actionable insights to leadership
  • Develop and maintain documentation for operational processes and training materials
  • Lead or support system implementations, upgrades, and user acceptance testing
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for operational tools and reporting platforms
  • Identify risks and recommend mitigation strategies related to operational processes

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years of equivalent work experience in sales operations, business analytics, or related field
  • Proven organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to remain flexible in a dynamic work environment while managing multiple priorities
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Camtasia, WellSaid) is a plus
  • Strong work ethic, assertive, service-oriented team player with a growth mindset
  • Ability to act independently and with minimal direction
  • Protective of confidential information and sensitive data
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Professional demeanor and consistent demonstration of effective listening skills

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
