IT Manager (Information Technology)

To ensure the stable operation of the in-house computer and telecommunications networks. This includes planning, developing, installing, configuring, maintaining, supporting and optimizing all network hardware, software, and communication links. It also includes analyzing and resolving end user hardware and computer software problems in a timely and accurate fashion, and provides end user training where required. Responsible for the planning, developing and maintaining programs that implement the policies directed by the CEO.
