Position Overview:
The Sales Analytics & Replenishment Manager is an active participant in the sales and logistics processes needed to be successful at Walmart & Sam's Club. The position regularly conducts POS/Inventory analysis, forecasting/demand planning, item setup, and order management. The position will interact daily with both internal and external team members. This position works out of the Bentonville, AR area with occasitional travel to Little Chute, WI.

Responsibilities:

Manage instock levels, Store/DC inventory, forecasts, MABD/Fill Rate compliance, etc.
Proactive planning and analysis to drive business from a replenishment perspective. Additional responsibilities include seasonal profile analysis, demand planning, procedural recommendations, order recommendations, and forecast recommendations.
Provide Walmart & Sam's Club with Weekly Reporting as well as identifying concerns using root cause analysis and providing action to correct.
Prepare for and lead bi-weekly meetings with Walmart & Sam's Club Replenishment teams for assigned categories.
Assist in the development of tools and processes to meet changing business needs within the industry.
Responsible for store item setup and will assist with updating content as needed.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Travel to HQ in Little Chute, WI will be expected on as needed basis (2-3 times per year).

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required.
Proficient in use of Walmart & Sam's Club systems including but not limited to Madrid, Scintilla Basic (Charter preferred), Retail Link, ASPEN, and Suppler one.
Self-starter with a strong analytical background.
Ability to provide actionable recommendations based on key performance indicators.
Excellent customer service orientation. Ability to ensure a high level of service and quality is maintained.
Ability to gather data, to compile information, and prepare reports.
Embraces self-paced learning and ability to turn learnings into action.
Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle a fast-paced work environment.
Strong knowledge of Excel and Excel formulas.
Strong written communication and verbal communication skills.
Goal oriented, confident, outgoing, and able to succeed under pressure within a competitive environment.

Hours, Location and Pay:
We offer a competitive base pay rate and comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees. This role works standard business hours Monday - Friday and is located in the Bentonville, AR area.

Physical and Mental Demands:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit, hear, use hands to type data, use a personal computer and telephone. This employee may occasionally have to operate business machines and lift and/move up to 50 pounds.
