Reporting to the Talent Marketing and Brand Manager, this is a unique and exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of progressive HR functions.
You will play a central role in identifying what makes The Washington Post attractive to candidates and promoting the key differentiators and unique culture that set us apart from our competitors. As the Talent Marketing and Brand Specialist, you will focus on executing compelling marketing campaigns both in the digital and offline space through social media, digital media, content strategy, video strategy, events, careers website, and diversity initiatives and partnerships.
