Office Administrator (Administrative)
Ardurra seeks an Office Administrator to join our team in Dallas, TX.
Primary Function
Ardurra's Dallas office is seeking an Office Administrator to manage the day-to-day operations of our office; create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication, and safety.
Office Administrator duties and responsibilities include greeting visitors, scheduling office meetings and appointments, managing and purchasing office supplies, coordinating office needs with property management, coordinating IT issues, and providing general administrative support to the North Texas and Oklahoma Regional Director, Client Services Managers, Group Managers, technical staff, and marketing staff. A successful Office Administrator should have excellent communication skills and experience with a wide variety of office software tools (e.g., Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point) and be able to accurately handle administrative duties and office needs. The Office Administrator should be able to facilitate the overall smooth running of the office and support day-to-day operations.
