Associate Training Program - Government Services (Project Management)

Associate Training Program
As a part of the Associate Training Program (ATP), you will be placed on an accelerated career track working with various program service offerings or a supporting team to provide relief across the country.
The ATP will span 4-7 months, starting in June 2023. The first week of the program, will be spent in Ridgeland, Mississippi, with Government Services leadership. Following the kickoff week, you will begin your first program placement. Each program placement lasts approximately 4-6 weeks.
As a team member in the Associate Training Program, you will problem solve and execute alongside industry experts following a customized learning plan based on your individual interests and skill set to gain experience.
This is a dynamic opportunity directly related to giving you exposure, knowledge, and support to work in areas such as Program Management, Technology, Marketing, Data Analytics and Business Development. Upon successful completion of the Associate Training Program, you will be permanently placed on a HORNE Government Services project or operational team that best aligns with your skill set and desired career path.
