Housekeeping (Maintenance)
Key Responsibilities:
Clean resident rooms, bathrooms, dining areas, offices, hallways, and other facility areas daily or as scheduled.
Ensure infection control standards are maintained through proper cleaning techniques and chemical usage.
Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize surfaces as needed.
Empty trash receptacles and replace liners; ensure proper disposal of waste materials.
Restock paper products, soap, and cleaning supplies in designated areas.
Report maintenance issues, damages, or unsafe conditions to the supervisor promptly.
Handle laundry duties as assigned (if applicable).
Follow safety procedures including use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in good working condition.
Treat all residents with dignity and respect while maintaining privacy and confidentiality.
