Position Overview:
The Learning Systems & Analytics Coordinator supports the day-to-day operations of the companys Learning Management System (LMS) and RedZone Learn Module. This role is responsible for maintaining user access, assigning training, managing system configuration, and gathering data to support training metrics. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable using technology to support learning and development.

Responsibilities:

User Management
Create and manage user accounts in both the LMS and RedZone Learn Module.
Assign and track learning pathways, courses, and certifications based on job roles and training schedules.
Ensure new hires are set up correctly and receive onboarding assignments.
System Configuration & Maintenance
Maintain LMS and RedZone Learn settings, including group structures, learning journeys, and system updates.
Upload and organize learning resources, courses, and link to other platforms such as SharePoint.
Troubleshoot system issues and escalate technical concerns as needed.
Data Gathering & Basic Analysis
Pull reports to track training completions, overdue assignments, and user activity.
Identify gaps or trends in completion of data and escalate areas of concern to the training team.
Maintain accurate training records for compliance tracking and audit preparation.
Assist in summarizing data for internal dashboards or team updates.
Team & Learner Support
Act as the first point of contact for system access questions or troubleshooting.
Provide navigation and system use guidance for learners and supervisors.
Collaborate with training team members to support department goals and project needs.

Qualifications:
Associates or bachelors degree, preferably in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
A minimum of two years of experience working with learning management systems.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with others.
Exceptional analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
Strong decision-making abilities and problem-solving skills.
Ability and willingness to work independently with minimal supervision.

Hours, Location and Pay:
We offer a competitive base pay rate and a comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees. This role works a standard office schedule, Monday to Friday, at either our Little Chute or Neenah facility. This position will require travel between site locations and serves as an enterprise resource.

Physical and Mental Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit, hear, use hands to type data, use a personal computer and telephone. This employee may occasionally have to operate business machines and lift and/move up to 50 pounds.
Specific vision abilities required in this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
Mental demands include multi-tasking, decision making, problem solving, comparing, copying, computing, compiling, analyzing, coordinating, and synthesizing data.
Potential for exposure to chemicals, heights, loud noises, mechanical equipment, wet environments, and other potential hazards exists.
